Bad Beat is awarded when Four-of-a-Kind of 8’s (or better) are beaten by a Four-of-a-Kind (or better). Both cards in each players hand must be used to qualify for the Bad Beat (if a Four-of-a-Kind is beaten, two of the four must be in the player’s two-card private hand).

The Bad Beat Jackpot is awarded as follows:

  • 50% goes to the losing qualifying hand
  • 25% goes to the winning qualifying hand
  • 25% is divided among the other active players at the table.

Games Managers are to consider the best interest of the game and fairness as the top priority in the decision-making process. The Games Managers decision is final.

No outside food or drink permitted in the room.

English only at the table while a hand is in play.

Cell phones are not permitted to be in use while a hand is in play.

Loud, abusive language and profanity will not be tolerated.

All games are table stakes. No short-buys are permitted.

The line on the table is a courtesy line for all players to place their bets, a forward motion of chips may be considered a bet, call or raise as interpreted by the dealer.

Check and raise is permitted in all games.

Seat or game change is available on a first come first served basis. Players moving more than two active seats away from the blinds or to another table of the same game must post.

One dinner break of 40 minutes permitted per patron and only 1 player on dinner per table at a time.

Any player missing 3 sets of blinds will be cashed out.

Third man out rule is in effect.

One player per hand, Collusion or Angling will not be tolerated.

Each player is responsible for their own hand at all times. If a dealer kills an unprotected hand, the player will have no redress and will not be entitled to his money back.

Splashing the pot and string bets are not permitted. An oversized chip is a call or a bet in the amount of the oversized chip unless stated otherwise.

Players must keep their chips on the table with highest denomination chips visible at all times.

There will be no foreign chips on the table except for a maximum of one card cap.

Cards speak, show one card or show another player your cards and show all cards, upon request or at the discretion of the staff.

Verbal declaration in turn may be binding. Action out of turn may be binding or limit the options of that player.

Rabbit hunting is not allowed.

Play At A Reasonable Rate Of Speed. If you are in a hand, don’t make everyone remind you that it’s your turn – keep up with the action so the game keeps moving. When deliberating a hand, please take a necessary but reasonable amount of time. Do your best to keep the game moving.

Be Polite & Courteous. Sportsmanship and common courtesy will make for a much more enjoyable experience for both players and staff. Taking your time to reveal a winning hand or “Slow Rolling” as to taunt the other players at the table is the epitome of poor sportsmanship.

Act In Turn. Whether in folding, calling or leaving your seat before it is your turn to act should be avoided as much as possible as it reveals important information to players still in the hand.

Showing Your Cards. Like playing out of turn, revealing your cards prematurely or showing your cards to others can potentially affect the outcome of a hand.

Discarding Your Hand. When discarding your hand, this should be done by releasing the hand in a low line of flight, not at the dealer’s hand or board cards.

Do Not Discuss A Hand Still In Play. Please do not talk about your cards, especially if you’ve already folded. This gives information that may affect the outcome of the hand.

Do Not Criticize Others. Criticism of other player’s style of play is impolite and undesirable. A player is entitled to play the game within the house rules without being subject to criticism from other players. Talk or action demeaning of other players or employees will not be tolerated. Examples include throwing cards, name calling and other such abusive behavior.

Do Not Angle or Collude. Deliberate statements or action that could unfairly influence the course of play, whether or not it influences a hand, is unacceptable. There should be no agreement to check a hand to the showdown when a third player is all in.
